Angie Baxter arrived in Pine Valley in 1982 and immediately fell head over heels in love with local teenager Jesse Hubbard. It wasn’t no where near love at first sight but it was close. Once she broke through that anger and all of the pent up emotions. She discovered Jesse Hubbard was just a puppy under all of that fur. He had a big heart and it grew bigger when they were together. Angie and Jesse began dating. Her father Les Baxter was solely against it. Felt Angie could do better. Felt she deserved better than some thug from the streets! Despite her father’s dismisses, she and Jesse snuck around. Like any other teenager, they were both at that stage of showing affection. True affection. Leading them to run and be with each other. Only when the time came, Angie couldn’t go through with it. She couldn’t have premarital sex. Jesse being the boy he was proposed to her. Not to just get in the bed with her but because he loved her. They were going to spend the rest of their lives together. That night, April 19,1983, she became Mrs. Jesse Hubbard, and they consummated their marriage! Sooner, rather than later, Angie found out she was pregnant.
Her mother somewhat supported her decision but not totally. Her father was against it and demanded that she divorced Jesse and give the baby up for adoption. Because she didn’t want to disappoint her father anymore and because she felt Jesse didn’t want a baby, she agreed. Before she started showing she went to live with her Aunt, Flora. Months late she had a baby boy, before she had a chance to name him. Talk to him properly he was taken from her arms. All thanks to Les Baxter who said it was for her own good. Jesse found out the day the baby was born that he was a father. He tracked Angie down and told her how wrong she was for doing what she did! He was very pissed at her for not giving him a chance. For not telling him the truth. It took them awhile by they finally found their way back to each other and the search for their son went on. They kidnapped their son and finally gave him a name. “Franklin Quentin Hubbard.” Part of Jesse’s deceased uncles name. They were soon found out and taken to court. The family that adopted the boy in the first place, felt sorry for the couple and gave him back. Angie and Jesse got married soon after that, with their son at their sides.
Of course their love was tested once again, when Jesse’s half brother, Eugene Hubbard came to town. He had his eyes set on Angie but saw she was too involved. He and a woman names, Yvonne Caldwell, who had a thing for Jesse, conjured up a plan to break up the couple. It worked, Angie went over to Jesse’s and saw Yvonne and Jesse in the living room. The woman only had on one of Jesse’s T-Shirts. Angie was pissed and lashed out at both Jesse and Yvonne but Yvonne was the one who got her butt whipped. She and Jesse split once again but Jesse fought to get his Angie back. He fought hard and he won! Not long after, Angie and Jesse’s best friend, Jenny Gardner died. Leaving the loving foursome, a three some.
Everything seemed to be going their way until!, Her father's death as an indirect result of Jesse's actions. She was so mad at him she buried herself in work and taking care of a woman named Cindy, who was diagnosed with AIDS. During these times, Angie was also being sexually harassed by her mentor Dr. Voight. Her and Jesse were still on the rocks but that didn’t stop Jesse from handling the man. Angie stopped him from totally killing the man. The Hubbard’s were back together.
Only for awhile. Jesse started working as officer. Protecting, wealthy known John Remington. Somebody was after Remy and when Jesse caught sight of the attempted murder he jumped in front of the bullet that was coming for Remy. PVH did all they could to save him but in the end, Jesse died. With his beloved wife, Angela Hubbard at his side.
Angie was in a world of depression. She started dating just to void that hurt but every man she was with didn’t mount to her Jesse. She dated John Remington. She dated and got engaged to Cliff Warner but called it off because of his family. She dated Jeff Martin. All of them tried in a way to win her heart but she couldn’t allow it. Angie packed up her son and her things and moved to Corinth, she started back on the track to advancing her career.
Later meeting, Charles Harrison, Chief Of Police. It took sometime but soon they were married. Into her marriage Angie became so sick she was rushed to the hospital. It was said that she had sickle cell anemia. With her husband, Charles, her son Frankie and her mother Pat she pulled through. After which she met a handsome, Jesse look alike, Jacob Foster. The moment they saw it each other, sparks flew but they ignored those feelings because Angie was married. She could never cheat on her husband.

They decided to give up when a somebody told Angie about a sign in an alley reading "Cassandra". Angie found a baby girl under the sign. When her parents could not be found Jacob and Angie adopted the little girl.
In 2008 Angie was called in to consult with Pine Valley doc Joe Martin on a strange case involving Quentin, Aidan's friend. When she returned home she found it was none other than her son, Franklin Quentin Hubbard. She worked day and night to save him and Greenlee Smyth’s life. They were up and healthy after all the necessary treatment.
Angie saw her work was done and decided to head back home to New York. Only when she got to the train station, after Krystal convinced her it was better than waiting for a plane, Angie saw her supposing-ly dead husband. She traced the train down but it was too late. Distraught and hurt, she walked back to the station but something happened…
The train backed up and on February 14th,2008 they were reunited. A valentines day miracle that they thoroughly deserved! Angie and Jesse had been inseparable from that moment! She was by his side as they tried to get him out of hiding. The man that took Jesse from his beloved wife, Angela. Papal, was gunned down thanks to Thaddeus Martin uncle, Robert Gardner. Or so they thought he was killed!

It was soon discovered between the two that not even death could stop what they had. Their love was deathless and beyond precious. Blaming Angie for not trusting her. When it all boiled down, Cass had been lying to protect Dre, who protecting her and Colby, who was protecting their families. Because of their status.
Everything was topsy-turvy. Angie and Cassandra barely communicated and soon Cass went back to Paris with her father, Jacob Foster.

To say Angie was hurt by his actions and his lies would be an understatement. She was disappointed. She was spiraling out of control!
Things only got worse when Natalia’s mother, Jesse ex, came into the picture. Rebecca Fowler. Angie just knew things couldn’t get any worse. She felt as if things were bad enough, but that didn’t mean anything. It was discovered that Rebecca was ill. She had an inoperable tumor, Angie being the noble woman she was, took her and her daughter in. Mainly because she felt she owed the woman something, for taking care of her Jesse. The Hubbard household was slowly falling apart. She realized she didn’t know Jesse! There was missing years she would never get back!
Christmas time, things weren’t any better and before they knew it, Angie was breaking hospital rules. Going against the law. Rebecca passed out and she signed a DNR but per Jesse and Natalia’s cries she ignored the DNR and saved Rebecca’s life. David called her on it and she had no choice but to take her off life support. They were saying goodbye when Rebecca, surprisingly pulled through!
Happiness didn’t come fast enough for the family! Angie started getting really out of control. She and Jake broke into David’s home to steal drugs, just to prove David was up to something! She was ready to see him go down when Jesse had no choice but to take her down instead. What she did was illegal and he couldn’t turn his back and let her go. Angie was also suspended and was being taken to court. Angie and Jesse were fighting look like day and night. Soon, they made up and Jesse got Angie off the hook. He didn’t tell her what he did but he made sure she was not going to be affected by his actions.
More news came when Rebecca announced that she was leaving. She was “Responding to treatment.” Angie thought this was a good thing! Even planned Jesse a surprised birthday party. The day of Jesse’s party, they received a call saying Rebecca passed. Angie was a little saddened by the news. She did not know that Rebecca left to die. Leaving her daughter Natalia in Angie’s and Jesse’s hand.
Things have been going up and down like a rollercoaster every since. Her son marrying a hooker. Husband covering up murders to save their ex-hooker, daughter in law Randi Morgan Hubbard! Hubbard’s have been having it rough!
Now to make matters worse, Angie is facing a battle, a battle in which she and her husband aren’t quite seeing eye to eye on. Angie stumbled into the loft, “Jesse!” she called pushing the door close. “Jesse!” she called again, before putting her purse down and massaging her temple, now regretting that she even called for him. “Oh god.” She whimpered making her way toward the couch. She had been out taking a walk when she all but fainted. Her head started pounding, she started becoming nauseous and dizzy. Since the park was only a short distance from the loft she opted to walk instead of calling her husband, now she was regretting that decision as well.
Now lying in the fetal position, she cried and moaned as the light show in her head worsened. “Come on.” She groaned cupping her forehead, also resisting the urge to get on the floor to kick and cry and scream like a baby.
Angie laid on the couch for a minute and when Jesse hadn‘t answered any of her pleas, she uncurled herself and stumbled to the back. “Your father is in big trouble when he get’s home.” she fussed bracing the walls. Her head hurt so bad she felt like sliding down the wall and literally passing out until the pain ceased. Never in her life had she experience something like this.
“Ok… Just a few more steps. Right baby?” She cried as she continued her journey to the master bathroom once again. It didn’t even take five minutes on a regular day, now it seemed like the walk was taking forever! When she finally made it to the bathroom, she snatched the cabinet open and as she reached for the bottle “No…No!” She groaned. This could not be happening! Her vision could not blurring at this time. “God… Stop it!” she screamed.
