History
Frankie Hubbard was born into turmoil. His mother, Angie, thought that Jesse, Frankie's father, didn't love her that much to have a child with her, so she put Frankie up for adoption. When Jesse found her, he found out about the baby, and told her that he loved her and always had. They decided to get Frankie back, so they kidnapped him from his adoptive parents. In the end, they were able to obtain custody of him. Then, Jesse was killed in the line of duty. Frankie and his mother stayed in Pine Valley for a few years, but then moved to California to start a new life.
Frankie and his mother, Angie, moved to Corinth, Pennsylvania, a town near their old hometown of Pine Valley. They were unable to go back to Pine Valley because of too many memories of his dead father, Jesse. When he arrived in Corinth, he met and fell in love with Briana Hawkins. His mother fell in love with Charles Harrison and got married. Then, it was revealed that Charles was Bree's father. Bree thought that it was too weird and broke things off with Frankie. They got back together, but then Frankie, Angie, Jacob, and some other Corinthians moved to New York.
Frankie moved to New York to go to film school. While there, his mother and Jacob became foster parents to a white girl. Many people spoke out and made racist comments, and even vandalized Angie's clinic. Then, Jared Chase planted a bomb in the City Bar that almost killed Frankie. After that, Frankie decided to move to California for school and to be with Bree.
Frankie - who returned known simply as Frank - returned to Pine Valley in July 2002 fresh out of medical school. His parents' friends, Joe and Jake Martin, quickly gave him a spot as an intern at Pine Valley Hospital. Frank became close to Simone Torres, in spite of the fierce opposition of her father, who was also the hospital psychiatrist. Meanwhile, Frank began trying to track down the child he had with Mia, a child who had been given up for adoption. However, Mia's fiancé, Jake, convinced him to give up his search and let the child remain in his happy home. Soon after that, Frank and Simone's budding romance came to a screeching halt when Simone discovered that during his days as a documentary filmmaker, he had shot footage of a homeless junkie overdosing on the street. That young man was Simone's brother, and he had been comatose ever since. Even though another homeless man had gone to call for an ambulance and Frank had no medical skills at that time and was therefore unable to help in any way, Simone was disgusted with her new boyfriend and dumped him flat. Frank left Pine Valley for parts unknown.
In late 2007, a young man by the name of "Quentin" showed up in Pine Valley. Quentin, who had lived in the woods near the outskirts of town, helped Aidan Devane in the search for the missing Greenlee Smythe and Zach Slater. Quentin and Greenlee both contracted a mysterious disease and both were very close to death. When Dr. Angela Hubbard was called in to consult on the case, Quentin did everything in his power to prevent Angie from treating him. It was then revealed that Quentin wasn't the mystery man everyone believed; he was actually Franklin Quentin Hubbard, Angie's son. As Frankie lingered near death, he received a visit from his late father, Jesse. The sighting was attributed to Frankie's illness, but it was soon revealed that Jesse was very much alive. Jesse had faked his death years earlier to keep his loved ones out of harm's way.
After his recovery, Frankie finished his internship at Pine Valley Hospital. Angie later learned that Frankie had only signed on to work at the hospital so that he could find the person who had forced his father to fake his own death. Frankie and Colby Chandler were later kidnapped by the mastermind of the operation, Robert Gardner -- Tad Martin's uncle.
In mid-2008, Frankie's past as a soldier in the U.S. Army was explored in greater detail. During combat in Iraq, Frankie said that he had made an error in judgment that allowed a 15-year-old Iraqi to kill three of Frankie's fellow soldiers in a suicide attack. Despite the apparent error, Frankie was awarded a Silver Star
Frankie started to become romantically attracted to Randi Morgan, a prostitute. She pushed him away, at first, but eventually started to like Frankie as well. He encouraged her to leave the prostitution life and even tried to "buy" her from her pimp, Fletcher. Randi and Frankie were both relieved when Fletcher was killed in self defense and Randi could leave the life of a prostitute. Frankie and Randi took their relationship to the next level when they moved in to an apartment.
Frankie learned that he was being deployed back to Iraq and Randi was upset over this news. She told Frankie that, when he came back from Iraq, she wanted him to come back as her husband. At first, Frankie did not want to marry Randi but he decided that he wanted to be her husband. They set a date and were married in a small wedding in which only Jesse, Angie, Brot, Taylor, and Natalia attended.
Frankie went back to Iraq and, while he was over there, his hands were crushed and Randi was devastated. She went to see Frankie at a hospital, in Germany, and Frankie started to push her away. Brot encouraged Frankie to not let what happen to him ruin his life and to keep fighting for his marriage.

Frankie just been discharged from his post in Iraq. They told him his tour was over and that he was been sent home. He couldn’t have been more happier. He wanted to get home to his family. Play basketball with his pops. Have a snow fight with his sister. Eat some of his mother’s cooking. He wanted to do it all! As he hopped on the jet he buckled in. He been looking at his ginger for the longest time. There was a wedding ring on it. Where it came from he didn’t know but he knew he would have to ask his family when he got home.
He leaned back in the chair and took the ride. Something then flashed in his mind. “Frankie I love you so much.” Some woman said as she kissed his ear and held onto his shoulders. “Hmmm I love you too Randi. I love you too.” he moaned as he kissed her neck.
Weird thing about it was, he didn’t know who the woman was. She looked familiar but he didn’t know who she was. He seen that name somewhere but he couldn’t place where. He received a picture a few days ago but he still didn’t know who she was. His mother knew everything he would ask her about it.
Frankie sighed. Who was the Randi woman? Where did she come from? Why is there a ring on my finger? All of these questions and more entered his mind as he looked out the window.

History
History: Madison North came to Pine Valley in June of 2009 alongside her DA husband Henry North, standing by him as a typical wife of a politician, but knowing full well he was carrying on an affair with a prostitute. Despite her wealthy father James Beardsley's disapproval of her relationship with Henry, Madison believed he truly loved her and happily accepted his proposal. But Henry used her and her family's wealth to further his political career, never giving his wife the love she'd craved throughout her cold and empty childhood and teen years. As a distraction from her loveless family and marriage, Madison turned to alcohol and gambling, spending lots of time at Zach Slater's casino. Eventually she learned the identity of her husband's mistress, Randi Morgan. Henry wanted Randi to leave her husband Frankie Hubbard to reignite their past romance which she originally refused. Until Henry offered to get Randi's boss and friend Kendall Hart out of a legal bind, in exchange for a final tryst. Randi traveled to Henry's D.C hotel room to refuse but he wouldn't take no for an answer and became forceful with her. After grabbing a bookend she rendered Henry unconscious but quickly fled the suite Madison soon entered, where she proceeded to finish what Randi started, and ended the life of the man who'd essentially ended her own. But left Randi in a panic believing she committed the crime. After which Jesse and Randi disposed of the body by making it appear North accidentally drove off a cliff. Something Madison was made aware of when she obtained surveillance tapes of the goings on at the hotel suite, which she decided to use for her own purposes. Over the next few months she threatened to expose what Randi believed she had done, unless she received the millions promised to her in the form of insurance. Something necessary in her eyes after her father coldly cut her off from the family fortune. Madison also had her eyes on Frankie Hubbard, making advances towards the married doctor when him and Randi were going through a rough patch, and even drugged his wife in an attempt to get Frankie to herself after they shared a dance.
However her ultimate display of desperation came in October when the pain and emptiness she'd dealt with most of her life took it's toll, and she attempted suicide by overdosing on pills in a casino hotel suite. After being raced to PVH Madison was revived, much to her dismay, but proceeded to bare her soul to Frankie about the cruel fates she'd been dealt in her life and how she wished to end it entirely. She also confessed to the murder of her husband, and insisted Frankie obtain the evidence against Randi and his father, and destroy it before it destroyed him, the closest person to a friend she'd ever had. Madison also pleaded with Angie for the pills needed to finish what she'd started so they could all be at peace. Angie refused however and Madison was to be admitted into Oakhaven on suicide watch. Something James refused to allow to happen, not out of love for his daughter but to protect the family name. Nevertheless Frankie agreed to transport her to Oakhaven personally, during which time Madison handed over the key to the safety deposit box where the tapes were stashed, proving her sincerity. Something that left Frankie stunned to the point he lost control of the car and he and Madison were in a severe accident, nearly ending her life. After being rushed back to the hospital, Madison was treated and stabilized, but despite wishing to remain at PVH, was in the care of James' who checked her into a New York hospital and out of the land of the living in the eyes of Pine Valley, after he reported to PVH of her demise. In reality, Madison was alive and recovering. And weeks later briefly escaped her father's clutches long enough to make an appearance in Frankie and Randi's apartment, where she explained James' faked her death to salvage the family rep. And defended her returning to PV to Jesse and an enraged Randi, saying she had to come to terms with everything she'd done the only way she knew, by turning herself in. Unaware that by doing so she'd be implicating Jesse and Randi, the last thing she wanted which Frankie seemed to know, as well as that James' not Madison was the real enemy now. Jesse later obliged and was prepared to arrest Madison under an alias to buy them some time to strategize. But before he could escort her down to the station, he was knocked out of commission by a mysterious thug who also snatched Madison. Later it appeared that James was behind the scheme, when he escorted a very submissive, dazed, seemingly drugged Madison from Confusion after she stated her father would take care of her from now on, apologized and seemed to be saying her goodbyes to the Hubbard clan when she shook their hands. Even though it was revealed that this seemingly final gesture was a cry for help, when it was learned Madison gave Jesse a desperate message, a hand written note that said 'Help Me.'

Potential Entry Scenario: Madison was placed in a mental hospital courtesy of James, and is trying to figure out a way to get in touch with Frankie and escape.
God, I hope they figured it out. I hope that he can help me. Not like I've given them reason to, any of them. If they leave me here to rot in this hellhole I wouldn't be surprised, and couldn't blame them in the least. I dragged them into a hell of their own, who knows if they've gotten out of it. But I hope like hell they did. They're all good people. Some even saved me from myself. Angie not giving me those pills left me to fight another day. And God, Frankie, that man saved me just by seeing me, and giving a damn about what he saw. I'll never forget that look in his eyes when I woke up after the accident. He cared, for once. A man actually cared if I lived or died. I wonder if he had that look when he let go of my hand at Confusion. Not that I could've seen it anyways. The whole world was out of focus. That club looked even trippier than normal too. Should've known the second my father was putting a martini in my hand, something was seriously wrong. If only I didn't like those things so much. If only I'd known, maybe I wouldn't be trapped under his thumb and so called care. Maybe I wouldn't have become a puppet in his hands, mimicking back everything he told me. Reciting his spiel word for word. The whole time it was happening, I felt numb, like an observer, watching everything from a distance. Watching my father waltz in and whisk me off, away. Out of his precious life forever, after he called up some pal of his with the nice white jacket for me to put on. Luckily now I get a nice robe and slippers for now. A nice cell to call my own and nice guards to tell me when to eat, sleep, breathe, live. I should've counted my blessings when I was in that beautiful man's coat closet.
